Fifty-four winners were notified in February. Top awards went to:

The Winter topic was "February, 2999." Pre-registered
participants were emailed the topic at noon on 30 January. The entries had to be
returned by email or fax within 24 hours.

fiction is "the heart of the field". His site will focus on the SF
