Manchester United’s forgotten left-back Tyrell Malacia has resurfaced at Carrington as he continues his rehabilitation under the guidance of the medical team.
Manchester United’s website has provided fans with good news as Dutch left-back Malacia was able to train at Carrington on Sunday, working hard on his own fitness recovery programme.
Malacia has been training at Carrington on a personal level under the care and guidance of the club’s medical staff, a result of his hard work throughout the summer ยูฟ่าเบท, which is good news for head coach Erik ten Hag at the start of pre-season training, although his return to full-time training is still a matter of doubt.
Malacia, who moved from Feyenoord to Manchester United for £13m plus £1.7m in add-ons in the summer of 2022, played 39 games in all competitions in his first season, 29 of them as starters.
Unfortunately, injuries meant that Malacia did not play for Manchester United at all last season. The last game that the 24-year-old left-back played was 14 months ago. Although earlier this year, Ten Hag had received information from the club’s medical team that the Dutch left-back was close to returning to the field, in the end, it was not close to happening.
