Manchester City are set to hold talks with first-choice goalkeeper Ederson over a new contract next week amid interest from Saudi Arabia.

City are aware of Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr interest in Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson, according to The Ufabet, สมัคร ufabet and the Premier League champions will look to resolve the issue seriously.

Manchester City are keen to keep Ederson long-term and are planning to offer him a new contract worth almost 75 per cent of his current wages, although it is nowhere near the offer from Al Nassr.

Al Nassr are reportedly offering Ederson a staggering £900,000-a-week as well as a signing-on fee. Not to mention a fee they will pay to Manchester City as part of his two-year contract at the Etihad Stadium remains.

According to The Ufabet, Manchester City want Ederson to stay at the club until he is past his prime and are ready to offer him £1million a month. Or in excess of £250,000 a week, and the club will now wait for a response. If they reject the offer, it means they are ready to move to Al Nassr.

Ederson has been a pivotal figure in City’s recent era of Premier League dominance, and has been central to the 16 trophies they’ve won since signing from Benfica in a £34million deal, seven years ago.

And while the Brazilian shot-stopper has always been effusive in his love for City, with just two years left on his current contract, a huge payday and the opportunity to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo could prove tempting.
